Gen meets every Friday evening in term time, usually in the church building, from 7.30-9.15pm.
We aim to make everyone feel at home very quickly. We’ll spend time learning about Jesus from the Bible. There’s plenty of opportunity to discuss what is talked about, and ask questions as we apply it to our lives. Join us for toast, drinks and time to hang out with friends every week playing different games, sports and challenges. It’s a brilliant evening and all are welcome.
We also run special one-offs throughout the year such as Bonfire Night BBQ (Fri 7 Nov 2025), The Gen Big Christmas Meal (Fri 12 Dec 2025), Gen in the Park and our annual Weekend Away (24-26 Oct 2025).
There is also a Gen-on-Sunday group that runs regularly during term time at 5pm, Highfields church.
There is a voluntary cost to coming to Gen of £10 per term.
A consent form, valid for the whole academic year, must be completed to join Gen. Please complete the online form
