Andrew Rees

Andrew became a Christian at a church holiday at his home church in the valleys when he was thirteen. Andrew is married to Sophie and they have three primary age children to keep them busy. He has been in Highfields for over twenty years and an Elder since 2005, and although involved in lots of ministries over the years now concentrates on leading a life group and pre and post marriage counselling, while also holding the responsibility for all things inanimate at Highfields, involving supporting the teams that run the sound and vision, the building fabric and maintenance as well as Health and Safety. His day job is as a lecturer in automotive engineering at Wales’ largest FE college, but also likes photography, walking, motorcycling, holidays, cinema, and occasionally DIY.
