Jesus Speaks to Highfields - Studies in Revelation 2-3
Thursdays from 29th July to 2nd September and Sunday Morning 5th September

Everyone enjoys getting letters, especially ones which are personal.  Often we cherish those letters which have been handwritten by someone we know well. love and respect.

Over the course of the summer here at Highfields we were studying 6 of the 7 letters to the churches found in Revelation 2-3.  They are words which are crafted by our Risen Lord Jesus, who walks amongst his churches.

Some churches in Revelation were facing persecution and great hostility; some had compromised and were being dragged away by the culture of their day.   Jesus comes to bring comfort and hope to those who need rousing and dispenses His resources to the churches so they can continue to be faithful.

Whilst Jesus speaks directly to the challenges each church faces, He speaks to us today too.  The 7th letter will be the subject of the morning service on 5th September.  Do come along or listen a day or so later online.
