Rounded Rectangle: Mission Matters Rounded Rectangle: In this section we’ll learn of those involved in mission or how your family can get actively involved . This month we’ve been thinking about real love, so here’s a couple of ways your family can get involved in mission and show practical love! Rounded Rectangle: Inviting an international student to our homes for a meal is a wonderful way for us as a Church to show love for those that are away from their family and friends (Lev 19:33-34). Of all the activities we organise for international students the hospitality events receive by far the most positive feedback. Here is a quote from one student: . "Thank you very much for organising this great dinner for us, we had a very good time together and enjoyed it so much. I believe it'll be a great memory of my UK life experience when I look back at the pictures in the future. Our hosts and their families are all great lovely people. Just wanted to say thanks!!!" . If you would like to take part in our international student hospitality scheme please let me know and I would be most happy to introduce you to an Rounded Rectangle: Rowland Hughes works with International students Rounded Rectangle: This is what one 2nd yr student told Alison after a student lunch, “I can honestly say that it is the best afternoon I have had in Cardiff since being back at uni. Family host Sundays are amazing! I’ve met such lovely people, built friendships, ate wonderful food and heard astounding experiences of how God has been working in this couples’ lives!” The official host family Sundays are there to link people up with students, you can see Alison to get involved.
