Rounded Rectangle: Food Matters
Rounded Rectangle: Here’ my recipe for cinnamon hearts, its nice and easy, so make sure everybody gets their hands dirty! You don’t have to use cinnamon , you can use your family’s favourite spice and if hearts aren’t for you use whatever biscuit cutter you have, cinnamon footballs taste just as good!
	Hannah Pope
Rounded Rectangle: You will need:
85g salted butter
85g light muscovado sugar
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp golden syrup
200g plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Rounded Rectangle: Mix all the ingredients together until you have a soft dough

Wrap the dough in clingfilm and put in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and cut out hearts using a heart shape cookie cutter
