Highfields Pontprennau is holding free antenatal classes run by Rachel Lanckham, a former midwife from Cardiff.
You will find a safe environment with a friendly atmosphere where you can feel comfortable to ask and learn, and meet other parents-to-be in your community.
Three classes will run over 3 weeks in August and will cover:
- Signs of labour
- Options for pain relief
- What happens during labour
- Birth Partner's Guide
- Simple tips for labour
- What happens if the plan changes
- After the birth
- Breast feeding and baby care
