Revd Canon Dr Michael Green discusses his formation as a Christian leader with the Senior Pastor of Highfields Church, Peter Baker.
In a lifetime of ministry, spanning some sixty years, Dr Green has been a student leader, church pastor, academic, theologian, author and evangelist. He is currently the chaplain of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics where he teaches evangelism. In this interview, recorded in Cardiff in March 2010, Dr Green discusses his own convictions about Christian leadership and also assesses the challenges facing the current generation of Christian leaders.
